My designs usually start from some small, often minuscule, detail that caught my eye and further develop with no attempt to depict genuine natural elements. In my works every element is independent but still growing with the others, feeding, and completing the others, sometimes in rhythmic repetition. They erupt from the surface to propose new silhouettes and are rearranged over and over to explore multiple compositional possibilities.

All the glazes I use on my works are made by POTS Rome - Bottega e Scuola di Ceramica. Often times I like to let clay speak for itself, leaving my pieces unglazed.
